The AWN Store Return Policy
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your AWN Store purchase within the first thirty (30) days, you may return it for a full refund, or an immediate replacement, depending on the conditions as stated below. Before returning any item, you must E-mail our Customer Service Department within 30 days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
The Animation World Store will offer a full refund or exchange on all unopened merchandise returned in "as-new" condition in its original packaging. Defective items may be returned for a same- item exchange only. All merchandise must be returned in original packing materials with the proper RMA number and with shipping pre-paid. Failure to comply may result in delays and/or partial forfeiture of the refund or credit. The Animation World Store will not accept any returns without a proper RMA number.
To receive an RMA number from The AWN Store, CLICK HERE to fill out the contact form. Please make sure to include the following information:
Name of cardholder who ordered merchandise
Date of purchase
Order number
Product number and product name
Reason for return
All items being returned must be received within 10 business days (two calendar weeks) of receipt of your RMA number and return instructions. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of your credit. A refund or replacement item will be shipped to you within 2 business days.
