The AWN Store sells merchandise that is shipped directly from various Vendors located all across the world. Most of our Vendors reside in the United States. These different Vendors ship their products directly to AWN's store customers. Each Vendor may use a different shipping company and method for the products they ship for us. This is known as Drop Shipping.
About The AWN Store's Drop Shipping System
The AWN Store uses a custom-built Drop Shipping system that allows us to offer specialty products from Vendors all over the world, all easily accessible through the same online store. The AWN Store functions as a kind of "online shopping mall" where you can purchase products from many different Vendors. If you order Products from more than one Vendor, The AWN Store breaks your Order into "sub-orders" that group products together according to Vendor. So, for example, if you order 5 products (1 from Vendor A, 2 from Vendor B and 2 from Vendor C), your Shopping Cart will display 3 sub-orders - a sub-order from Vendor A containing 1 product, followed by a sub-order from Vendor B containing 2 products, followed by a sub-order from Vendor C containing 2 products.
Each sub-order will also display descriptions, quantity, price and subtotal, for that specific set of Vendor products.
In addition, for each sub-order, you will see a separate calculation for Shipping. That's because each sub-order is shipped from a different Vendor location. Your Shopping Cart totals will reflect each sub-order subtotal added together, as well as any applicable sales tax.
How Shipping Fees Are Calculated
Each Vendor has a different fee setup for how they ship products. Some use USPS, some UPS. Canadian Vendors use Canadian Post. Some calculate shipping based upon product weight, some by number and type of unit, others by the dollar amount of the Order. The shipping fees charged for each sub-order directly reflect each Vendor's shipping fee structure and as such, may not be the same for the same type of product being shipped by 2 different Vendors.
Your Store Purchase Shipping Confirmation
When you make a purchase from The AWN Store, you will automatically receive an E-mail confirmation for each sub-order of your purchase. Please store those E-mails in a safe place for future reference. In addition, you will receive another confirmation E-mail for each sub-order to notify you when that sub-order has been shipped.
General Shipping Policies
Orders are filled by each Vendor as quickly as possible, usually within 1-3 business days. Orders shipped from the US and Canada to destinations in the US and Canada usually arrive within 3-5 business days from date of shipment. Orders shipped from the US or Canada to international destinations may take 7-14 business days to arrive. Remember, orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays. All shipments are subject to stock availability.
A Note About Sales Tax
Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped to states in which The AWN Store has facilities. Based on your shipping address, if sales tax is applicable, it will be automatically added to your Order.
